Seamaster systems and several floating tanks
In 2018, Spanish oil company CEPSA, for its refinery in Huelva in southern Spain, purchased two complete Markleen Seamaster 1150 self-inflatable boom systems, supplied on reels, in 20’ containers.
These booms systems, which were installed in the Huelva estuary, are a protection measure against any oil spills occurring and were chosen for their ease of use and manoeuvrability in the water.
The Seamaster self-inflatable boom is an ideal solution for coastal waters, ports and harbours where fast deployment speed and reliable operation are top priorities.
CEPSA completed its purchase with a number of Markleen Unibag® towable floating tanks, due to their practicality and versatility when recovering oil spills on water.
