Egersund Group becomes the majority shareholder of the Markleen Group

In 2017 Egersund Group became the majority shareholder of the Markleen Group and currently possesses 66% of Markleen shares.

Markleen founder and president Peter Øye continues to hold a 34% share in the company.

Egersund has been a total supplier of equipment for aquaculture and the marine sector in general since 1950.

With 30 group companies, 2000 group employees and factories at various locations in Europe, Egersund Group has truly entered the oil spill business with a splash.
